Shipping Policy

The product is delivered to the customer within 7 days from the day the product is shipped



If you have placed a prepaid order on yamdeal.com then your order will be shipped within 24-48 hours. You will receive the shipping details via email, including courier name, delivery date, tracking number, etc.


On a lot of work time it happens that we could not ship your product in 24-48 hours, because there was no stock. In this situation, we inform the customer by both call and email, if the customer agrees to wait till the stock arrives. If the stock is not available to the customer by the specified time, then the full amount of the customer is refunded.


If the customer has booked the order in cash on delivery then order confirmation call is made on his/her number within 24-48 hours. If the customer confirms the order, the product is shipped within the next 24 hours and the shipping details sent to his email. But if the customer's phone number is wrong or no one received or proper reply is not received then this order  is put in pending. And the customer is informed by email about the reason and they are asked to contact us.


In cash on delivery, the customer does not have to pay any money in advance and some wrong people take advantage of this. When the courier delivery boy goes to  deliver the parcel to the customer, then he refuses to take it. In this condition, we have to pay the courier cost of both the send and return side of that parcel. To reduce this loss, we have taken some steps – we have seen that the customers who say that they have to take parcel open delivery. Whether or not the goods will be inside the parcel or if the goods are not found - the customer who has such a question, the parcel refuses. We will give cash on delivery goods to such customers when they pay only 180/- in advance, And the remaining balance amount is agreed to be done on delivery time. And if the customer refuses to do so then that order is canceled. Due to this, the loss is very less and we get genuine customers
